Melanie Bender, Adminstrator

Hi, my name is Melanie Bender and I have the utmost pride in being the Administrator of the East Road Adult Home. I am a lifelong resident of Lewis County and this is where I raised my family. When I am not at the ERAH I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. As the manager and team member of the ERAH I enjoy the uniqueness that each resident brings to the home. Our caring knowledgeable staff is dedicated to helping support you and your loved one through every step of this transition of higher care. Homes For Humanity Holdings I LLC is licensed by the New York State Department of Health. East Road adult home is licensed for a 20 bed capacity located in Lowville, NY. Our residents receive a variety of support services from a dedicated team of certified caregiving staff.

Licensed for the highest level of care, we provide complete medication management as well as 24 hour staff and have one of the highest caregiver to resident ratios in the state. Yoga, live entertainment, karaoke and exercise are just a few of the activities available to our residents. East Road’s spectacular grounds boast a huge yard, patio and garden for our residents. We have 11 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in our 4,795 square foot home.

One great thing is that if any problems arise, they are always willing to talk to us and communicate it all.
Mom is so lucky she was able to join the family at East Road Adult Home.
