East Road Adult Home is an independently owned, resident-centered care provider that promotes dignity and independence through many choices of activities and memory enhancing programs. We believe in providing nourishment for the entire person, mind, body, and spirit. Our individually designed programs provide the greatest opportunity for healthier and happier lifestyles in our resident’s new home at East Road. This is their home, and our staff is honored to be guests in their homes helping to meet their needs on a 24/7 basis. Care, compassion, and commitment are the key personal characteristics we seek in every caregiver at East Road Adult Home.

Homes For Humanity Holdings I LLC is licensed by the New York State Department of Health. East Road adult home is licensed for a 20 bed capacity located in Lowville, NY. Our residents receive a variety of support services from a dedicated team of certified caregiving staff.

Licensed for the highest level of care, we provide complete medication management as well as 24 hour staff and have one of the highest caregiver to resident ratios in the state. Yoga, live entertainment, karaoke and exercise are just a few of the activities available to our residents. East Road’s spectacular grounds boast a huge yard, patio and garden for our residents. We have 11 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in our 4,795 square foot home.
